The food was the one real bright spot. It was tasty and reasonably priced, especially the pizza and Indian food, and I enjoyed the free massage. Two staff members were also exceptionally helpful, and I commend them for their excellent customer service. The owner is nice, but wasn't around much. The rest of the staff were surly and unhelpful, more interested in sitting at the bar together than helping guests. Management needs to do a much better job training them. After 25 years backpacking and staying in some real hellholes, I expected much more. The price is far too high for what you get: an old, broken mattress that sloped toward the middle when two people slept on it, no mattress pad, dirty sheets, no hot water, and a mosquito net full of holes that let bugs in. Music from the so-called on-site disco blasted outside the room in the evening, and traffic on busy 19th street could be heard all night. Unless you're desperate, really broke, or don't mind surly staff, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The place is cheap, the staff are nice, and they have vegetarian food. The mosquito nets were new and had no holes. But we paid for a room with a bathroom, and unfortunately the shower didn't work. The beds are short with wooden ends, so think twice if you're over 1.9m tall. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and when I picked up my towel, it was covered in chicken bones and other nasty rubbish.

The food was professionally cooked, with different menu choices, and I really appreciated the hospitality toward customers. It's a quiet place to relax and refresh, with very good massages at cheaper prices. I'll come back once lockdown is over. Keep it up. Ange

The manager was very open to feedback and worked on everything I brought up. For sleeping, I highly recommend the place since the price and quality are such good value. The daal I had was really nice, but I was very disappointed in the pizza.
