The reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fidelité, who was an absolute angel. The rooms are small and simple, but clean and have A/C. It’s close to the airport, and getting around by moto is easy. There’s also a fee-free ATM two streets away at Equity Bank.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, with different kinds of food, and the airport is just a short drive away. The rooms are spacious and good, and every staff member was nice and very helpful.

Fanfare suites felt like a second home, and I was happy staying there. The staff are friendly and work hard, which made the stay very nice and memorable. I’d suggest improving the supply of hot water in the bathroom and keeping things quieter at night.

Joan was so welcoming and helpful, especially with advice on getting around Kigali. This is a really good place to stay while you’re in the city. Thanks, Joan 😊

It was a really nice place, and the rooms are good. If you think that sounds hard to believe, go see for yourself. You won’t regret it.
