The local staff were helpful and great, though management didn't seem to support them when problems came up. I moved rooms four times because the rooms were old, worn, and unclean, and was even told there were no pillow covers. Wi-Fi never worked, and management didn't care to help. The hotel is advertised as four stars, but it barely deserves two. Skip breakfast and eat outside. Better yet, stay at the Marriott 4 seasons.

The restaurant food was okay, though not continental as we'd been told, so the choices felt limited. Our room was small but had what we needed, plus wonderful sunrise and sunset views. We requested a shower chair and one was provided. We booked at short notice, and Deborah was very helpful.

This is a good place to stay in Kigali, in a great area near the airport and other activities. The main drawback is the road there, which often gets caught in heavy traffic.

The breakfast is delicious, and you can get it to go if you can't eat in the restaurant. The employees are nice and the meals are great. A lovely hotel I'd recommend to anyone visiting Rwanda.

I spent two days here in quarantine. The room was clean and spacious, and the service was good. Bruce and Alice at reception deserve a special mention for being friendly and professional. The food had no taste, though, and my airport pickup driver was late.
