The food was heavenly, from breakfast through lunch and dinner. The fish was awesome, and the pork chops were mouthwatering. Showers stayed sparkling clean and dry, and the cleaners were respectful and arranged the room so nicely. WiFi was rocket fast. The receptionists, both women and men, were very polite. Denis from IT was a great help with my spoilt laptop. He let me use his, then even found an HDMI cable to make sure I was okay. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at around Kigali, and it’s clearly well managed by staff who know what they’re doing.

The coffee could use some work. The small dining area is on the ground floor, with friendly staff, and the place has a family feel. Rooms are simple and clean.

They had no air conditioning, and there were mosquitoes. I was charged too much as an international client: they wanted $77 for a $50 room. The food had no taste.
