The employees were polite and helpful, and I had a great stay at Hotel Gloria. I’d choose the same hotel on my next visit.

A quiet little gem right in town, with easy access to the local market. The rooms are old but well looked after, and the staff are wonderful and always ready to go the extra mile.

The breakfast alone was the best I’ve had in years, with lots of fresh fruit, tea choices, and omelettes made to order. The staff were so kind, which made the stay even nicer. We were also right in the center of town, with safe streets to walk around and quiet rooms. I was worried about cleanliness and comfort at this price, but the place was amazing. The service was friendly, attentive, and top-notch. The WiFi worked well, the shower and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable and clean, with a mosquito net too. The fixtures are still three-star quality, but everything was comfortable and affordable enough that it didn’t bother us. Don’t hesitate to book it, it’s an amazing deal.

The breakfast buffet was complimentary and really good. I stayed in July and looked forward to it every morning. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. They even did complimentary laundry for my daughters’ clothes. Gloria hotel is right in the heart of Kigali, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re in town.

The room was clean, though old, with carpeted floors. There’s no AC in my room or elevator, and extra water bottles cost more. The staff were attentive, the location was good, and breakfast was nice. It was just okay overall.
