Rwandan air hosted us here while they sorted out our flights, and I was especially impressed by the spa. The food was amazing too. There were plenty of healthy buffet dishes alongside fine local cuisine. Their chilli sauce is seriously hot, so only try it if you can handle a lot of heat. The rooms are massive, with equally big queen size beds. It's a short distance from the airport, and I'd definitely return and recommend it.

Great location in the busy Remera neighborhood, and it's clear they've made a real effort to attract clients, which seems to be paying off. Management should work on how attendants and 'serveurs' deal with customers. They need training to be more polite and avoid showing attitude when facing clients. This isn't the first time I've noticed it.

Our last-minute booking worked out really well. Before we left, my messages were answered quickly and calmly, and the hotel airport shuttle met us and patiently waited while we got simcards. They greeted us warmly and showed us to a spotless, spacious room with all the amenities, including a coffee station. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the pool was a treat. The staff take real pride in what they do, and I can't praise them highly enough. Highly recommended.
