The setting felt calm and green from the moment we arrived in the evening, after more than 24 hours of travel. The hotel was beautifully lit and welcoming, and I went straight for a swim in the pool at the center of the grounds. It was a lovely way to settle in. Our room was comfortable, a good size, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and everything worked well. Outside the room, chairs and loungers faced the pool, a detail we really liked. The grounds aren't huge, but the thoughtful layout, natural materials, wood, and greenery give the place a varied, park-like feel. Everything seemed well cared for. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. They helped with small requests, shared useful tips, and arranged a reasonably priced car and driver for the next few days. That worked out perfectly for us. The hotel sits in a quiet, pleasant residential part of Kigali, with clean, green surroundings. The city center is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride away. Breakfast was a fresh, tasty buffet with plenty of variety. Someone even brought us more freshly made coffee without us asking. Families should find the place suitable too: rooms open around the pool, and the grounds are safe and roomy for children to move around. We found the price for what you get very good. We'd happily stay here again and are already looking forward to it. It's a relaxed, well-run place.

The grounds are compact but pleasantly green, and the pool is cleaned every day. Some older bad reviews give the wrong impression. The food selection is limited, though there are snacks and drinks, and the prices are fair. There's a small gym too. We found the room, including breakfast, very affordable for a big city. Breakfast was confusing, though. One morning it was a buffet, another day it wasn't, and we could order extra items without knowing exactly how it worked. Reception gave us very little information, including nothing about breakfast times. The chef and his young helper were the friendliest and most present people there. I'd recommend the place.

Right in the middle of Kigali, it feels like a peaceful little oasis. I found the atmosphere quiet and relaxing, making it a nice choice for an inexpensive date or just a calm outing. The food was excellent, with lots of tasty options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after good food and a serene setting.

This is a lovely boutique-style place in a great location, with private parking. The pool area has a laid-back feel, palm trees, and a nice bar. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the veranda was a treat. They also included free laundry, which was superb. There were a couple of problems: in room 101, the mosquito net was difficult to put up and had holes, so we got bitten. Sometimes there was no hot water either. The bartender wasn't very friendly and kept us waiting so long to place an order, even after we'd spoken to him, that we ended up having lunch elsewhere.

An affordable and safe spot in Kigali, with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby.
