Kent Residence Kigali - Hostel

The house felt old and dingy, and only three of its seven bedrooms were large enough. The others were small. The person in charge was the worst part. I didn’t feel he cared about client satisfaction. After we agreed on a rate, he began asking for extra money for gas and other amenities, which he hadn’t mentioned at check-in. He also promised to arrange WiFi the next day, but it never became available. We checked in at 8pm, then he asked us to leave at 10am the next morning. When he wouldn’t give us another hour to find somewhere else, we had to rent the house for one more day. It was the worst experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
