The penthouse suite was a treat for our celebration, with balconies wrapping around it and gorgeous views over the city. The facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The team made the stay feel welcoming, and the location was great. Staff were friendly and professional, with helpful service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well cared for, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Works for a short visit or a longer trip. I’d happily return and recommend Kigali Paramount Hotel.

The breakfast was a favorite, and there are plenty of different dishes to choose from. I stayed six nights, and the rooms had incredible views of all of Kigali and the hotel pool. The team was supportive and happy to show me around. Of the places I’ve stayed in Kigali, this is the best. Just be ready for the unique comfort and service that come with staying here.

My trip organizer suggested Kigali paramount hotel when I wasn’t sure where to stay in Kigali. I left the choice to him and trusted it would work out. By the end of the trip, I wanted to extend my stay so I could keep enjoying the service. I really loved it.
