The staff were friendly and professional, especially the two Mr Freds, who are really good people. It's a neat, comfortable hotel in a handy location for getting to different places. For me, it's 11/10.

When I visited in July 2024, I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location is ideal if you need to be near the city centre. The room is what makes the price affordable, though. It wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but it was a long way from the best. Whether that trade-off works depends on what you're looking for.
