I ended up here unexpectedly after Rwandair messed up my flight connection, leaving me 24 hours in Kigali. My room wasn’t one of the ones shown on the website, but it was very clean, had everything I needed, and the aircon was great. The food was good with lots of choices, and the bar was well stocked. There were a couple of shops, and the pool looked magnificent, though I couldn’t use it because my swimwear was in the hold luggage I didn’t have. The location was excellent, within walking distance of a big supermarket and restaurant, Coffee Question, and the Presidential Palace with its genocide museum. A very successful stay, even if unplanned!

I arrived quite late, but they welcomed me with an exquisite dinner around 10 pm, which was impressive. The staff are warm and friendly, and ready to go out of their way to help. Hospitality par excellence. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes from the Airport.

The location is very good, but the rooms felt old, rundown, and musty, and the service was quite off the hook. At 1 am, room service woke us by bringing food to the wrong room. We couldn’t sleep for a couple of hours afterward.
