Maya Residences

I spent 10 days at Maya in June and had an amazing stay. The staff were kind and accommodating, and went out of their way to make the experience fantastic. The room was beautiful and the amenities were convenient. I definitely plan to come back.

Di and David helped arrange drivers and suggested excellent restaurants and activities. David also organized a one-day safari for two of us and a gorilla trek for the other two, and everything went perfectly. My colleagues and I stayed at Maya for a week, and the spacious, spotless rooms and the care from Di, David, and everyone made it the best experience we've had in all our travels. We all loved it and highly recommend Maya to anyone going to Rwanda.

The rooms at Maya residence were spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details in the design and room services. I stayed on a business trip and it exceeded my expectations. From check-in through check-out, the staff were professional, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a big smile. Thanks, Maya, for your support :-) I'll be back.

We were in town for a friend's gusaba and stayed here for about a week. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, our room was immaculate after each cleaning, and the laundry came back like new. We also got to watch beautiful sunrises from our balcony every morning. Really enjoyed it!
