The hideaway boutique Hotel

I didn’t get to tour the hotel or see the rooms, but I did enjoy the rooftop restaurant. The panoramic views and atmosphere were exceptional, and the food was impressive. The butternut soup stood out for its lovely balance of flavor and texture. Service was attentive and professional, and the Chef even came by to speak with guests.

The food is fantastic, and the service is even better. The hotel is in a quiet area with stunning views. Inside, you can tell a lot of thought went into the details, from the entrance to the rooms and restaurant. The beds are comfortable, and the walk-in closet in our room felt like an extra room. A real Kigali gem.

After exploring Rwanda, we needed somewhere restful, and Hideaway was just that. The view is amazing, the food incredible, and the rooms clean and welcoming. The staff were thoughtful and attentive to everything we needed. We absolutely loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it more.

The terrace was a lovely place to enjoy the generous breakfast and other meals, with a beautiful city view. The food was sumptuous throughout. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a living area, kitchen, dining table, and spacious en-suite bedroom. The comfortable four-poster bed and the view of Kigali from the balcony were particular highlights. Before my trip, the hotel communicated well after I booked, sharing contact details and airport pick-up instructions. They also accommodated my 3 a.m. arrival, and check-in was quick and efficient, just what I needed after nearly 24 hours on the move. The decor is intricate yet simple, with art and furniture that give the place a warm, peaceful feel while keeping it bright and airy. Staff were courteous and helpful with all my questions, including tips and contacts for exploring Kigali. The location felt serene and secure, with easy trips to the airport and city landmarks. The Hideaway offers good value if you want a homely, quiet hotel experience away from the bustle of the usual chains. I highly recommend it for a stay in Kigali.
