The location is top-notch, and I loved the area. It feels safe, modern and pleasant, with everything you need nearby. Kigali Pillar House offers very good quality and hospitality for a fair price, and I’d happily stay again. The owner became a really good friend and went out of his way to make my time in Kigali comfortable and easy. He was incredibly helpful throughout. The rooms were modern, clean and well maintained, with regular cleaning and fresh towels and bed sheets. Any extra wish I had was taken care of without hesitation. Breakfast was super tasty and varied from day to day. I’m completely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it.

It’s in a nice Kibagabaga neighborhood, and everything was very neat. The staff were friendly too. I’d definitely go back 💜
