Our group of 24 stayed at St. Augustine Hotel and Apartments for two weeks, and they made us feel like family. Esperanza and her staff were warm, helpful and caring, and made sure everyone had what they needed. We had a comfortable stay, and we grew very fond of them. The hotel is close to the Kigali International airport, which helped since our team had different arrival and departure times and needed frequent transfers. The staff were always happy to arrange them and worked tirelessly for us. They prepared breakfast and dinner each evening, and one night even put on a party with local musicians and dancers. The food was delicious. They also made an early breakfast for our day trip to Akagera National Park. I’d highly recommend staying here.

I’d go back to Kigali just to stay at St. Augustine Apart & Hotel again. It was a real pleasure, like having a home away from home. Ms Esperance was amazing and always checked that I felt comfortable, safe and looked after. I’m grateful to Kwizera, Sara, James, Papi, Nseniziman and the rest of the wonderful staff too. I highly recommend the place to anyone traveling to Kigali.

Our driver Papi was a great person and doubled as our tour guide. The staff are lovely too, and the place itself is lovely. It makes me want to come to Rwanda every weekend. Keep up the great work making Rwanda Remarkable!
