The staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best, but the problems made this a disappointing stay. The internet didn’t work at all, so staying connected was very difficult. Breakfast was served only on some days, with no clear explanation for the inconsistency. There was no food service unless I paid an unreasonable amount for what was low-quality food. My bathroom wasn’t working properly, and the issue wasn’t fixed during my seven-day stay. There was no hot water, and mold throughout the room was hard to ignore. The hotel clearly needs maintenance and a deep clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it makes significant improvements.

The food was fantastic and the accommodations were delightful, but what I can’t praise enough is the staff. They took such good care of us and treated us like actual family. I’ve stayed in hotels across four countries and three continents, and nowhere else have I felt so at home. Leaving felt like saying goodbye after a family reunion, even though it was on another continent.

The customer care is good, and the place has internet. It’s also close to most major places in Kigali. If you like working out, try an early morning or evening run. The well-built roads and steep hills will give you a great workout.

A very nice hotel with lovely rooms and a great view across Kigali, plus a cute conference room. The service is the best. If you want to relax and clear your mind, Country Inn is a great choice. It’s in gacuriro KG 14 near Tigo air tel.

The staff were friendly, but the food was mediocre. The rooms were okay at best.
