The beds are OK, but the bathrooms are really poor, so I didn't feel I got good value for my money. At KIM there's no shower cubicle, and the badly made floor leaves puddles that stay there all day. I was also given a seriously frayed towel. In most European cities, this price would get you a room about the same size with a clean, working bathroom.

The fast, attentive service made my stay smooth and easy. Kim Hotel is a strong choice in Kigali for business or a break, with well-kept, spacious modern rooms and a conference hall that's well equipped for meetings. I also liked the atmosphere by the bar and swimming pool, where you can relax and take in the city views. I'd recommend Kim Hotel whether you're here for a conference or a holiday.

The staff treated us so nicely, and I really liked the food and the pools. The DJ played great music for dancing. When he found out it was my birthday, he even put on a birthday song for me.
