The hills around the hotel made for a lovely view from the roomy guest rooms. I also really enjoyed the food, with plenty of choices. Everyone on staff was friendly, attentive, and professional during my stay. I had a very pleasant time and would happily come back.

Jane at reception made a lovely first impression with her neat appearance, warm manner, and gentle, caring voice. The reception team was welcoming, and Neema at breakfast was especially helpful and attentive, always ready to look after guests. Hotel 2000 treats people with real care. I hope Neema gets recognition, a promotion, and a small gift as encouragement. I’d gladly recommend the place to colleagues for that kind of welcome.

The city view from the clean, spacious rooms is a real highlight. Hotel 2000 is well placed for both work and travel around Kigali, and the staff were professional and helpful. A great choice, and I highly recommend it.

I was relieved to find a room at 2000 Hotel after turning back from the place I’d originally booked. Once I reached Kigali by cab, that hotel turned out to be too far from the city center, so I asked the driver to head downtown. I found 2000 Hotel on Booking.com, and they had availability. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the complimentary laundry was a thoughtful extra. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The people at 2000 Hotel made the biggest difference for me. From the reception and housekeeping teams to the restaurant and concierge staff, everyone I met was warm, professional, attentive, and quick to help. They seemed to anticipate what I needed, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Their positive attitude and efficiency really stood out and deserve recognition and reward. My room, 906, stayed spotlessly clean and well cared for throughout. It felt fresh, organized, and comfortable, a welcoming place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with fresh pastries and fruit as well as hot dishes made to order. There was plenty of choice, everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was lovely. The catering showed real care for quality and guests. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return on my next visit. Thank you for maintaining such a welcoming, high-quality place. You’ve set a benchmark. With sincere appreciation, Watson (Guest in Room 906)
