The room was very nice, housekeeping did a great job, and the location is convenient for most places, with moto taxis easy to find. Most of the staff were friendly and clearly trying their best. It's a real shame, because this could be a brilliant place to stay. Music was loud on many nights during our week there, often until 11 or midnight. The worst was Thursday: a customer who wasn't staying at the hotel brought his own speaker and played very loud music in the bar until 2am. We complained to manager Patrick several times, but he let it continue instead of putting paying guests' sleep first. I had to get out of bed a third time at 2am before it was finally turned off. Staff knew we had a safari at 4:30am the next day.

We hosted 10 families here easily. It's a great estate, with easy access to the airport and the sports city, including BK arena and amahoro Stadium. The food was great and service was good. Payment options include cash, debit, credit, and mobile money through MTN and Airtel.

I really enjoyed the service at Saphir Hotel. The view was incredible, and the atmosphere was calm. The manager welcomed me personally, warmly and professionally, which made me feel valued. Amazing experience, one of the best in Kigali. Highly recommended for comfort, good service, and a beautiful view. 👏🏽✨

We had a full-day event with all my friends, and it was a beautiful space with lovely staff ❤️ The rooms are lovely too, with the prettiest balconies, and it's well located near the airport. I'd highly recommend it if you're after a beautiful, low-key boutique hotel in kigali.
