My brother strongly recommended the Urban Park Suites Hotel coffee shop, and I was thrilled I tried it. I got a delicious Post-Workout Vanilla Protein Shake, made with what seemed like high-quality ingredients. Their special shakes for athletes are worth trying. The waiter knew the menu well, explained the details clearly, and got my order to me quickly. The hotel looks stunning at night, with lighting and design that make the place feel lively and beautiful. It's a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return.

The Fast Gourmet at Urban Park Suites Hotel made for a memorable night out. We had a delicious dinner, and the waiters' genuine smiles and excellent service made it even more enjoyable. From its roadside setting, the greenery and bright lights create a lovely atmosphere, with a breathtaking view of the hotel at night. I highly recommend the restaurant and hotel.

I wouldn't recommend the massage service. The masseuse was very bad, and even though I politely shared feedback during the session hoping things would improve, nothing changed. It felt more like oil being applied than a therapeutic massage. A very disappointing experience.

Belize and Assumpta at reception were lovely, and the staff overall were great. Everything was neat and clean, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Street noise was the one snag: the walls are thin, so a room near the road can be disturbed by it.

The view of Kigali from Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar at Urban Park Suites Hotel in Remera was especially beautiful at night. My girl and I had dinner there on a busy evening and were lucky to get a table for two. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the waiters checked whether we were enjoying ourselves or needed anything. It was a lovely place to relax, eat, and take in the view. I'll definitely be back for that Cloud 9 view 👌
