The beautiful view and the polite, patient, helpful staff stood out. Food was okay and well made, though breakfast could use more variety. Service was fair. The building needs a thorough revamp. There was a little mold in the bathroom, and water seeped onto the floor while I showered. It took a minute or two for the hot water to come through. Wallpaper was peeling, parts of the balcony decking had fallen off, and my friend's room had no chain on the wall. The lights need changing too, and the reception and general ambience felt dull. I'd like to return after the whole building has been renovated.

The lounge bar has great views, and the service was excellent. I stopped in for a drink.

The staff were the highlight, always ready to help with a smile and making things feel warm and welcoming. I stayed for two nights with my daughter, and they went above and beyond to make it comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and the location and stunning view were great. Excellent service made it a delightful, hassle-free stay. I highly recommend the hotel.

10/10
The chefs outdid themselves at every meal, and the food was delectable. Customer service was stellar: respectful, kind, courteous and professional. The rooms were cleaned every day, and I saw the sheets and pillowcases being changed as I was leaving my room. My experience was 10/10.

6/10
A quiet, unassuming mid-range hotel with large rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was reasonable. I couldn't use the pool because it wasn't heated and it was raining. The carpet in the room gets smelly and is hard to clean properly. The desk chair was falling apart, like in many hotels and places in kigali, and the Internet was a bit slow.
