A wonderful and enjoyable stay in the Volcanoes mountain area, and an excellent base for a mountain gorilla trek. The spacious rooms were clean, and service was excellent. They even cleaned our shoes after the trek, and they came back spotless, like new. I’ve never seen my shoes so clean. The food was delicious with generous portions, though the menu stayed the same for all three meals during our two-day stay. Staff were attentive and helpful. They loaned us raincoats and helped us put on our gaiters. There was also evening entertainment with cultural dance and performances.

A four-star hotel with excellent teamwork and high-quality service. Our guest stayed here for five days for a gorilla trek. The rooms were very nice and the food was great. I highly recommend it to other travelers.

We stayed for two nights to see the Gorillas and Golden Monkeys. Volcano National Park is very close, and it’s a five-minute walk to the Dian Fossy Gorilla museum. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the rooms are spacious and lovely. The bed was super warm, with a fuzzy hot water bottle to keep your feet cozy. Service was excellent. Gaiters were available to borrow for the treks, and they cleaned our boots afterward. I haven’t seen my boots this clean since I bought them. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included. Lunch and dinner are three courses, with a menu that changes each day: several soups and salads for starters, multiple entrees including a vegetarian choice, and a few desserts. Breakfast is made to order. Fresh fruit juices and soft drinks are included, while alcohol costs extra. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly friendly and handled any request. Rooms were spacious, clean, and amazing, with heavenly beds and sheets. The food was good too. I’d recommend staying here.
