I stayed 2nights lately this May2025. My room had a clean, nice view facing the Abha national museum and its giant flag. The reason I'm writing, though, is the amazing extra effort from Bashir from Egypt, the receptionist. I had left something very important and valuable near the hotel and asked if he could possibly retrieve it from the market area I described. He went straight there, found my items, and sent them to my place in riyadh. He's been in Abha for 15 years and knows every corner. He was so kind and soft-spoken with visitors. I wanted to thank him and offer a reward, but he refused to take it. May God bless you and your family Bashir 💚🫠♥️

I paid 500 SAR for a tiny room, and the staff were completely unresponsive. At checkout, the receptionist didn't even send room service, so I had to carry my luggage myself. For these facilities, it's very expensive. I'm never going back.

The place didn't feel clean at all. When I asked to check out after the first night, the Egyptian guy at reception took 90 SAR extra from my refund, saying he didn't have enough cash. What kind of business is that?
