There’s underground parking, and some rooms have a kitchen if you want to cook your own food. The rooms and staff are good. It’s a middle standard hotel on the service road between Abha and Khamis, and good for families.
Everything else was manageable and good. The room service needs improvement.
The room and location were very nice, but I left behind a shampoo container, something travelers don’t often find here. I called two hours after checking out and got no answer, then tried WhatsApp with the same result. When I went back, the receptionist asked the workers about it, and they said they’d thrown it in the garbage. They could have held onto it for at least a day to check.
The view is lovely, ma sha Allah.
We enjoyed our family stay. The room sizes were convenient, and there was underground parking. The reception and room service staff were very cooperative.
