The bathrooms were in bad shape, with a water leak, and the furniture was poorly maintained. The rooms were both dirty and cramped. Worst hotel ever.

The service at this hotel was very bad. The manager needs to improve his behavior.

The room we got wasn't the one I booked online, and they kept insisting it was the same. It was strange to see people behave that way, especially in makkah. The rooms were messy, with trash under the bed and a stained carpet. In most rooms, the door locks and peepholes were broken, so it didn't feel safe for a woman or a family.

The food was pathetic, the elevators were slow and temperamental, and there was no housekeeping service. The bathrooms were filthy and moldy, and the room carpet was stained. This is a rundown hotel that’s closed for 10 months of the year. Avoid it at all costs, and don’t buy a hajj package that includes it.
Mohsin S.
We were there for 11 days as part of the Al-Rajhi Hajj package, and our room was never cleaned or serviced. It was small, filthy, and had no windows. The hotel's infrastructure and service were subpar, far below one star in my view, and it should be shut down by the Saudi government. Breakfast and dinner were also below basic standards, so we chose not to eat there. Our experience was disappointing, and I’d urge others to think carefully before booking with Al-Rajhi.
