Getting there during rush hour is still convenient, and they run a shuttle during Ramadan.

Easin spoke English well in the lobby and helped me throughout my stay. I was glad they could fit me in for eight days, with Ramadan almost over, even though I arrived without a booking. Customer service also helped me reserve the room online to make things quicker. For the price, I was happy to be as close to the Kabba as I could get.

There's plenty around the hotel, including Skechers, saad aldain sweets, restaurants, coffee shops, and lots of other stores. The rooms are clean, and the location is perfect.

The service from the staff was extremely unprofessional, and they seemed not to know what they were doing. Taking money upfront seemed to be all they cared about. The bus service to and from the Haram was awful too, including the pickup and drop-off.
