Makarem Mina Hotel

Feras made check-in especially easy. His English was excellent, and he was welcoming and helpful. The reception team in general was attentive, and it was reassuring to meet staff who could speak several languages. The hotel is in a somewhat crowded area, but inside it felt peaceful. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had the essentials. The Haram was about 10 minutes away, and there were decent places to eat nearby as well as a Bin Dawood store within walking distance. I had a great stay at Makarem Mina Hotel. The hotel was well maintained, offered good value, and the staff really stood out. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

The hotel is a bit far out, but getting around was simple thanks to the regular shuttle, which runs 30 minutes before each salah and at other times too. My room was spotless and huge, and I loved staying here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Muhammad Mehdi Hassan from housekeeping.

The shift leader Sahab was especially helpful during the two days I was there. I really liked how he spoke and treated people, and I wish him all the best. The location is very good, and all the staff know how to look after guests. Makarin Mina Hotel is a good-quality place, and I liked it a lot.

The hotel is lovely and close to restaurants, and shuttle buses are always running, which is very handy. The reception team were helpful too. Today there was a locksmith repairing a door at Makarim Mina. The engineer, if I remember right, was called Mustafa Hassan, and he did a great job.
