We nearly got lost because the hotel is so new, and they hadn’t given us a card or anything. We called, but nobody answered. That pretty much sums up the service. The receptionist didn’t pick up when I called for help, and the restroom was awful. They say it’s a 4 star hotel on their card, though it feels like 3 stars at best. The rooms are cramped, with no space to pray, and there’s no internet in the rooms. To get online, you have to go downstairs, even if you have something urgent to do. I asked for ordinary things hotels usually have, like sugar and tissues, and they simply said they didn’t have them. The hotel is far from the Mosque, and they don’t provide services. I’ve never stayed somewhere this bad, and I won’t come back.

The price is high for the standard, and the staff and service were awful. The Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist. I can’t think of a worse place to stay for the holy obligations, and I’d never return.

Everything else was good, but the location is a problem, especially during Ramadan. Coming back from Masjid Alharam and waiting for the bus ride is a real disaster.

It’s a clean, newly opened hotel with nice furniture. The location is great too, right by the main bus station, so you can get to the Haram in just a few minutes.

I spent about 30 days here with Indonesian hajj pilgrims as part of a health hajj mission. The facilities and service were the best, and the staff were responsible and friendly. Syukron...
