At Dar Al Twhid, everything from the environment and cleanliness to the overall service was top-notch. Akash, the bellman, was polite, friendly, and ready to help throughout our stay. He handled our luggage and took care of even small requests, which made things easier and more comfortable. The hotel was impressive, and Akash’s hospitality made the stay memorable. Thank you to him and Dar Al Twhid. I highly recommend it.

The prayer room overlooking Haram was the standout for me. Through the glass you could see it, and the tannoy was connected directly, so it felt like being there without dealing with the crowds. The hotel is right by Masjid al-haram, and there are three places to eat: breakfast and lunch/dinner buffets, plus a cafe. We found the rear entrance worked better than the front when leaving for the Haram. The Clockhouse is close, but with so many people, even that short trip can be difficult. From the back of the hotel, you can reach it via an access route underneath the building. There's also a mini mall opposite the rear entrance with fast food, which was easier to get to. For us, it was the perfect hotel in a perfect location.

The staff were the highlight for us. They were attentive, quick to help, and when we had a room problem, the manager dealt with it right away and moved us to a much better room. Brother Mohammad Traibia also looked after us during breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the hotel sits directly in front of the Haram. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!
