The pillows in our room were old and dirty, with hair all over them. I couldn't believe it. At reception, staff showed no respect for guests and sat smoking by the entrance, even though families use that same door. When we asked some of them for help, they started shouting at each other, like they were putting on a show so we wouldn't follow up. The whole stay was awful, probably the worst hotel experience you could have. May God be enough for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

The guy wearing a thobe on the afternoon shift was sweet, but the Egyptian man with him had a manner that made me say, God forgive me. I'd booked for Saturday and wanted to change it, and he said, “What am I supposed to do about that now?” The person actually helping me was the one in the thobe, but the Egyptian kept butting in and getting involved. If you're not going to help, just stay quiet.

The staff are respectful and the prices are great, but the bed was a letdown. It looks high and like you'd sink into it, then it feels like sleeping on a sidewalk. Sometimes when you ask for something, they only hint at what to do instead of helping directly.
