Arafat from room service really stood out. He was kind, upbeat, and so friendly, and that added a lot to my stay. The reception team were just as welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had loads of choices, all of it delicious. The 24/7 shuttle was a big convenience too. I had a great stay from beginning to end and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

The shuttle bus was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lovely. Rooms and washrooms were neat, the laundry was great and affordable, and the staff were cooperative. Thanks for hosting us. Special thanks to Mr owais-sahil-murtaza-aflak, 10 out of 10. See you next time inshaallah.

Right across from holy mount Thawr, and the place seems to deliver what it promises. It’s popular with Turkic people. The entrance and hallways are nicely decorated, and downstairs there are shops for all sorts of needs, from food and restaurants to clothes and souvenirs.

The location worked well for getting to key areas in Makkah. Alayam Elite Hotel was a peaceful, comfortable place to stay, with cozy, clean rooms and modern amenities. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I’d recommend it.

Niyaz made our stay more comfortable with his thoughtful housekeeping. He was very polite and respectful, and even washed our used glasses. He’s a kind member of the housekeeping staff from Pakistan. May ALLAH bless him.
