The beds are soft, the rooms are clean, and the washrooms are in good condition and have no smell. Everything was great.

The hotel itself was suitable, but getting to and from Haram pak is difficult. The restaurants aren’t very close either. During Ramzan, the shuttle has no set timetable, so waiting for it can be very disruptive and makes you miss prayers. The drivers speak only Arabic, and the bus goes to either ghaza or khudai stop.

The room was good, but the shuttle bus service was terrible. We booked for 16 days and ended up waiting more than an hour for the bus every day. We missed a lot of jammat namaz at haram masjid because of this, and there’s no restaurant nearby.

The shuttle leaves you at ghaza stop, then it’s at least a 15-minute walk to the mataaf. The Pakistani restaurant is also a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We stayed three nights, and although the rooms were clean, staff refused to clean ours when we asked after 24 hours, saying they only clean rooms every three days. That was really annoying. They also didn’t provide water or teabags, which most hotels do, and the toiletries were only provided for the first day.
