Nasayim Aljoury Hotel

I enjoyed it a lot. It's near the mosque, buses are available all the time, and the team is polite and cooperative. The rooms are a little consumed. NNote :- the name on the marquee is different.

The location was convenient, one of the few good points. But the service was miserable. Reception staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful, so check-in and any other interactions were unpleasant. The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, making the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. I wouldn't recommend this place until they address the cleanliness and staff training problems.

Assalam alaikum. This is just my opinion from the situation I experienced. The room was okay for an affordable rate, but cleanliness needs more attention. Even after several requests and complaints about poor room service, nobody came to sort things out. The hotel is about 2 kilometres from Haram, and there's a hotel shuttle bus service. Jazak Allah khair.

I couldn't give zero stars because Google requires at least one, but this place doesn't deserve even that. I've stayed at several hotels in the area, and this was the worst. The room and hotel were dirty and smelly, and the staff weren't helpful. I paid the room and stay fees, which were supposed to include cleaning and changing the bed and towels. Nobody came to clean or change anything, so I had to argue with reception to get what I'd paid for. They weren't providing sheets or towels, even though they keep supplies in a room on the first floor. That room, where the clean sheets and towels are stored, was smelly and messy too (picture attached). RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Local authorities should close this hotel.
