The friendly staff at Hotel 21 made the stay even better. They were polite and ready to help whenever I needed something. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and had great amenities, all kept in good shape, so it was easy to relax after long days out. It was a really pleasant visit. InshaAllah, I'd love to stay there again next time I'm in Makkah, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting.❤️❤️

The shuttle was useful for getting to Masjid Al-Haram, and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms stayed tidy and well maintained, with all the essential amenities. The restaurant was the one letdown. It was often closed even during its listed operating hours, so the overall experience was satisfactory except for that.

The rooms were clean and excellent, and the receptionists were friendly and nice when I called with questions. But check-in wasn't followed strictly: the stated time was 2pm, and even though I arrived at 4pm, I still had to wait an hour.

The hotel is clean, but it's 8km from the haram. I stayed six nights, and the shuttle was available only one night. When I needed to return from the haram, it wasn't there, so I'd call the driver and he'd say he'd come in the morning. I had to pay extra for a taxi or Uber the other nights.

The hotel itself is good, and the food buffet was good too. Parking is a big problem, though, and the Wi-Fi code isn't posted anywhere.
