The housekeeping team kept the rooms and common areas clean, and they were kind, professional, and helpful. The hotel manager also seems to be doing a good job looking after the property. It's a shame that poor reception service let down a hotel that otherwise appeared well maintained. I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the receptionist wouldn't check my booking. They were eating shawarma at the desk and didn't properly answer my question. Instead, I was told to come back after Jummah prayers. That was completely unprofessional and frustrating, and by then I didn't even want to check in. First impressions matter. If management improves the front desk service and trains staff to be more attentive and professional, this could be an excellent place to stay. For now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who expects a smooth, professional arrival.

The lifts were a constant hassle, and the cramped room made it hard to move around. Inside, the mattress smelled awful, the mat looked long overdue for cleaning, and a strong odor filled the room. There was no room service, either. The bathroom was in terrible shape and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The restaurant smelled just as bad. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and the almirah door didn't work properly. Cleanliness and service were both far below what I expected. I won't be back, and would suggest looking elsewhere.

The front desk could have been more cooperative, but the rest of the staff were understanding and very good. During my Umrah in 2023, I found the hotel clean, hygienic, and well maintained.

I checked out after only a few hours. There was hardly any customer care, and they didn't even have a bellboy to help with my luggage. The beds were uncomfortable, with completely busted mattress springs, and the washrooms were dirty with wet floors. The rooms had a strong, pungent smell of bad carpets and wood polish. This was by far the dirtiest place I've stayed. I would NEVER recommend it, especially if you're trying to focus on your spiritual journey, Hajj, or Umrah.
