We stayed for 10 days across 3 rooms, with family from india and malaysia. Service and rooms were excellent, and almost all the staff were friendly. The wifi was the one problem, it kept having issues for long periods. There are good restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the price was reasonable. Staff were extremely friendly and support on WhatsApp was fast. Great experience, I'll certainly consider staying again.

The staff really helped us when we had an emergency and needed to get to the hospital. Even though checkout time had passed, they let us stay longer without hesitation, which gave us the time and support we needed and made a stressful situation easier. The location was fantastic for getting around and exploring, and everyone was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for such kind service. We’ll definitely stay here again.

For this price range, there are worse places in Saudi Arabia, believe it or not. Accommodation services and hotels here are still so poor that this place comes out better than most, which is sad. It isn't great, but it isn't terrible either. I'd call it a two star apartment hotel.
