It's clean, the staff are friendly, and it's about a 10-minute walk from Haram. Buses run every hour. Breakfast isn't included, which didn't bother me since the hotel has restaurants serving snacks and coffee. Good value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again.

The receptionist was very bad and unprofessional, and the rooms have bare floors with no covering. I'm really unhappy. This was the worst hotel I've experienced in Mekkah.

The mattress and sleeping pillows were very hard, and there was no way to change them. Aside from that, the hotel was nice and clean, not far from Haram, with a free shuttle bus that takes 3 minutes or a walk of 15 to 20 minutes. For the price, the service provided was acceptable.

The location is the one good thing, since it's very close to Kaba. The service quality was poor, the internet was bad, and the security staff were very rough. Bathroom hygiene was terrible, and the lifts couldn't handle all the people. The food was similar every day, and the restaurant was dirty with food that wasn't very nice. I'm sorry to say this was the worst hotel of my life.

The room was the only decent part, and even that wasn’t as good as rooms at other hotels. There are just three lifts, with two completely out of order, so the queues got overwhelming. Staff suggested we use the stairs. Awful. I really don’t think this deserves a four-star rating.
