The room was tiny, with a broken bathroom door and just one single-door cupboard for four people. There was no service, no facial tissues, and the toilet tissue they supplied was the cheapest kind. They didn't provide a tea or coffee maker either. A Bangladeshi man told me he was the hotel owner, and his behavior was really bad. Don't come here.

This is a basic place to sleep, so don't expect luxury. The room was average, about what I'd expect from a 1-star place, but they put four people into a room sized for two, which made it cramped. The location is its one real plus: it's within a five-minute walk of the Kaaba. Since you're mostly just going back to crash and sleep, the room didn't really bother me.

The bathroom stayed wet because the drainage was bad, and there were cockroaches in the room. It smelled bad too. Four beds were squeezed in so tightly that there was no room for luggage, and the door couldn't even open all the way. Staff were completely uncooperative. Garbage sat for two days, Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and the 15-year-old TV had no remote. The air conditioner remote was out of batteries.

Room service only comes every 3-4 days, so you have to keep the room yourself. Bring your own kettle and towels. There's a small fridge that worked fine, the AC was good, and the beds were small but clean and comfortable enough. The rooms are very small, making luggage hard to open, and the washrooms are tiny but usable. The lifts were reasonable. Check-in is at 4:00 pm. The hotel is opposite Kabotar Chowk on ibrahim khalil road, just a 4-5 minute walk to get inside haram pak. That makes it handy for families with children and older people, and for going to prayers. It's an economy stay near haram pak, not a luxury one. Lots of restaurants nearby give you food choices. Service isn't good, so think of it as self-service.
