The customer service was unrivaled, and Mohd faizan and afzal were great with me, helping with cleaning and providing good service. We got our room quickly even though we booked at the last minute, and the room was cleaned A1. The shuttle bus ran consistently and on time each day. We also had suhoor and iftar every day, and I had a good time during the week I stayed here. I had close access to hammas.

We had a pleasant stay, and the hotel was good overall. The shuttle schedule needs to account for Salah timings and the heavy crowds at Haram. During peak prayers, traffic and crowds make it unrealistic to expect guests to arrive within 20 minutes. Adjusting the timings would make things more convenient.

The bathroom had a constant sewerage smell, and staff told us to leave the fan on. During Hajj, the restaurants couldn’t handle the number of guests, so there was nowhere to sit for breakfast or dinner. The lifts were slow and couldn’t keep up with all the hujjaj, meaning we used the stairs most of the time. The hotel itself was decent, with great rooms, service, and breakfast and dinner buffets. Hopefully they sort out those problems before future Hajj seasons.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and felt worth the price. I only stayed one night, but I was very satisfied. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
