I had a really positive stay, and the hotel facilities were very good. I especially liked the spa, pool, and outstanding gym. I did miss having a game room with a pool table, table tennis, or something similar. Everyone across the departments was polite, professional, and helpful, including housekeeping, reception, pool attendants, and the staff who maintained the rooms. Izhar did a great job cleaning our floor. At reception, Abdullawed, if I remember his name right, welcomed us warmly and helped with everything we needed when we arrived.

The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the porter was punctual and professional, making arrival and departure easy. I had a great stay at Citadines Hotel Abha. Carlos led a housekeeping team that kept everything spotless and well maintained, and the reception staff were always ready to help. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

We spent four days here during Ramadan, and the stay exceeded what we expected. We weren’t sure as non-Muslims how the Ramadan working hours might affect services, but the staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating throughout. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and made our time in Abha more memorable. One of the best hotels in KSA, and I’d gladly recommend it to friends and family visiting Abha.

The hotel is clean overall, the rooms are big, and breakfast was great, but I was disappointed with the service during our family stay. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the 22nd or 23rd, even though we had the room-cleaning sign on. There were no towels by the pool, and the breakfast and poolside staff weren’t friendly.

Lavanda park mall is right next door, and Turkish fork restaurant is close too. We walked to both because they were so nearby, and the restaurant was quite good. The rooms were clean and tidy, as if nobody had stayed in them before. Having a coffee machine was a nice touch to the hospitality. Room service was exceptional, with a kind, welcoming attendant, and reception was good too. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to come back.
