It's very close to Quba Mosque, and the hotel is clean and budget-friendly. The room and sheets had a lovely fresh scent, 10/10. They also gave us free Saudi coffee, which was such a nice gesture. The hotel is now called Onsen.

After a long trip, this is a good option for getting settled in the Holy city. It takes 7-8 minutes by car to reach Masjid Nabawi’s Basement parking. Rooms, lobby, lifts, and corridors were clean, and it felt like good value for money. There is basement parking as well as parking spaces around the building. I'd recommend it for next time.

It's about 7 km from Masjid-e-Nabawi, a bit farther than the 3 km shown on online maps.

Customer service was poor, and the cleaning staff were annoying.
