The staff were friendly, and our room was fine. We stayed at Golden New Alarin for 3 nights, and it’s a decent budget option, particularly for groups, as long as you’re prepared for some gaps in what’s provided. Bring your own toiletries and towels. There’s no electric kettle or small cooking appliances such as an electric cooking range, so you’ll need to pack those if you plan to make meals during a longer stay. Our sheets weren’t changed during the 3 nights. It’s an okay place for budget-conscious travelers, but don’t expect luxury treatment.

There were BUGS here. We stayed just one night and left in the morning, but tiny red bugs were all over our clothes. Some of us had bites and rashes too. Very unhygienic!!!

My room was clean and cosy, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I had no trouble parking my bicycle either. Really enjoyed my 2 night stay, thank you very much 🙏😊

I couldn’t find a grocery store within walking distance, so keep that in mind if you won’t have a car. Apart from that, I was happy here during my five-day business trip. The hotel is calm, quiet, and cozy, and the rooms and utilities were neat, clean, and in perfect condition. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were polite, kind, and always smiling. I’ll definitely come back for future business trips.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bathroom and toilet weren’t very clean, the flush didn’t work, and there was no toilet paper. There’s no air conditioning in the living room, and the mat was so dirty and dry it felt like it could break like a biscuit. The bedroom furniture was old and dirty. I put my phone down on it and it picked up a lot of dust. Good thing I’d brought a towel to cover the pillow.
