The apartment is really spacious and works as a budget-friendly option for families. It has WiFi, and there’s parking out front. Google Maps takes you to the back of the hotel, though, and there are shops underneath, so don’t park there. I’ve posted the view from the 4th floor. I visited on a weekday and paid 500SAR for a three bedroom apartment. The service and everything else were okay, but not quite up to the mark, and they have plenty they could improve.
Room service was excellent, and the receptionists were too. Breakfast was average, with not many coffee choices. The rooms were tidy, clean, and spacious, and it’s a few minutes’ drive to Al Othaim mall. I’d recommend it for family visits, especially for groups of more than four who need a roomy apartment. For a three-star hotel, I’d call it the best for families, with excellent quality for the price.
Aside from a few problems, everything was quite OK. The bathtub leaked, and the bathroom had no towels. We ordered some, but service was slow. There were no kitchen utensils either.
For a 2bhk, 350sar with breakfast included is a decent price. The place is neat and clean, and has WiFi, hot water, split air conditioning, and a TV.
It’s a good place to stay, but cleanliness needs work. Prices get a lot higher during the holiday season.
