I stayed for 20 days and had very poor facilities and service. The rooms and toilets were especially cramped. The toilet and washbasin kept having flow problems, and some toilets weren't even big enough for one bucket. There was no shelf in the rooms for clothes. WiFi wasn't available on the floors. It was only on the ground floor, and the speed was extremely low. When I asked about it, they said they'd need to buy a motor costing 5000 riyal to provide WiFi. It felt like they were fooling the customers. There are only two lifts for 18 floors and a huge number of people, so you have to climb the stairs. The service and the way responsibilities were handled felt very bad. In every respect, I found this hotel to be the worst.

It's an affordable place near the Haram, and you can walk there, but the slopes make it hard to get back on foot. The room was okay and clean, and there's a grocery nearby.

The walk back from the Haram is exhausting because the hotel sits on a hill, and it takes around 15-20 minutes on foot. The lifts are slow, there’s no room service, and some areas of the hotel have no AC. The hotel, staff, and food were all awful.

Everything else was good, but the hotel wasn't clean. It's an 11-floor building with only two lifts, so people end up waiting to go up or down.

It's about 1.25 km from the Haram, and there's one shuttle bus. If you miss it, you'll need to get a taxi. For the price, it's okay.
