The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the price felt affordable for the smart features in the room. It had smart lights, curtains, and a washroom, which made the stay a great experience. Highly recommended.

Yunus made check-in easy, and Mazen and Yousef were kind and helpful too. My room, 109, looked just like the one shown on Booking.com and was a real smart room. I honestly didn’t expect it to impress me this much. I’ll be staying here whenever I’m in Abha.

Clean, luxurious, and one of the most wonderful hotels. It deserves 10 stars, truly excellent and unmatched. 👍🏻

The location is great, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. But the staff kept calling every half hour about renewing the payment, even after I explained I’d pay once I woke up and got my debit card from the car. Their insistence was really annoying.

The location is excellent and the rooms are nice. I expected more when I asked for a bedroom and living room, since the single room actually turned out nicer. There was no hot water, which seemed especially strange in the middle of winter.
