The traffic noise made it impossible to sleep peacefully, as the rooms aren’t soundproof. The room also had several other problems, and the staff weren’t helpful or cooperative. Water kept leaking from the Shattaf mixer, but when I reported it, they only told me to keep it closed when I wasn’t using it. The Jacuzzi faucet ran nonstop and I couldn’t turn it off. After a shower, water pooled throughout the washroom because the drain was clogged. The Jacuzzi itself was dirty and didn’t work. When I raised that, staff brushed me off, saying, “This is how it has always been.” I asked to change rooms, but was told mine was the best available and wasn’t offered another option. I’ve attached pictures and videos of the problems. I strongly advise against staying here if you don’t want to waste your money and vacation.

Very good place, and the breakfast was exceptionally good. Mr. ABU Moaz, who handled breakfast, is a very good person.

The food was especially good, and the service was nice. Abu muaz in the food section is a nice man.
