I’ve been here almost four months, and the hotel is very clean. The Wi-Fi is available 24*7, and all the staff are good. I’ve never had service like this anywhere in Saudi. Babul bhai has been especially quick to provide whatever service I needed and sort things out easily. Thank you so much.
Good value, with a good price and a strategic location.
No staff were available, and the rooms were empty of services. There weren't even tissue boxes or toilet tissue, so guests have to bring everything themselves. I checked in and out without seeing the receptionist, and had to leave my information with the housekeeping staff. I stayed three days and nobody asked whether I wanted my room cleaned. A bad experience.
The staff were rude, and the room wasn’t cleaned until after three days. When I asked about Wi-Fi while booking, they said it was available on every floor, but there was no connection at all. They’d removed the routers. This was my worst stay ever. In Sha Allah, I won’t stay at any OYO HOTELS again.
The entrance gives a good first impression, but staying there was disappointing. Wi-Fi was missing from some rooms, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the place needs a full renovation. The window AC was loud, the TV was tiny with a damaged remote, and the toilet door had a flimsy hook instead of a proper lock. The kettle also gave me an electric shock twice.
