The receptionist didn’t care when I raised problems, and I had to ask several times to get the bed sheets changed. The kids in the next room were loud every night, and the receptionist did nothing to help. The rooms were messy and ugly, with items under the beds that I believe hadn’t been cleaned in years. This place was disgusting. Don’t book it if you don’t want to waste your money.

Ahmed, the location manager, was helpful and understanding. The place was clean and tidy, and the price was good. Rooms are spacious, although the bathroom was very small. It’s an average place to stay, so don’t expect a 3/4 star hotel.

The location was excellent for a weekend trip, close to what you need, with Green mountain and other attractive parkings nearby. The service was worth the money, and the staff and hotel were excellent too. The sitting room furniture could use some improvement. If I visit Anha again, I’ll consider this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, but the washrooms were dirty and smelly, with water leaking everywhere. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes all over, and they didn’t even have insect spray. My kids ended up with mosquito bites everywhere. Not good at all.

Right in the city center, this is an okay option if you just need somewhere to sleep and eat. Don’t expect luxury.
