The rooms are spacious, which was a plus, but poor maintenance made the stay fall short of expectations. Some areas were dusty and didn't seem well kept. The room doors had no working locks, which worried me about safety and privacy. The bathrooms were missing basics like soap, shampoo, towels, and other toiletries, even the sort you'd expect in budget accommodation. Those maintenance and amenity issues took away from the room size, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel unless they're properly addressed.

I paid for 5 nights at Raynat Al Abha Hotel but left after 4 because the service was unacceptable. Housekeeping never came to clean my room during the stay. When I politely asked the night shift receptionist from Bangladesh to arrange cleaning, I got a shockingly rude response. That unprofessional treatment and the lack of basic cleaning showed little regard for guests. I strongly advise against staying at Raynat Al Abha Hotel, and hope management addresses these problems. I would tell others not to stay there.

It's one of the cheapest apartments in Abha, Saudi Arabia, in a calm area. The rooms are clean, though the WiFi connection often doesn't work. It's 5 km from Abha city, with access to various saudi traditional hotels.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and prices are low compared with other hotels in Abha. There are restaurants and all kinds of services nearby. Best hotel.
