Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried in Makkah, with plenty of choices and genuinely tasty food. I liked being able to take my coffee outside the restaurant, too. The hotel is exceptionally clean and close to Al Haram, and the rooms are comfortable. Room service staff were responsive, cooperative, and ready to help. There’s a nice area for children, plus plenty of shops and restaurants just outside. A good choice for a family visit to Makkah.

Rouf Ahmed Bakshi from the Concierge team deserves a special thank you for the attentive service. The staff were respectful and cooperative, and the peaceful atmosphere and well-kept facilities made the stay feel premium. My stay in Makkah was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean, and it’s conveniently close to the Haram, making it a good choice for Umrah. I’d recommend it especially to families; it felt safe and welcoming.

A special thank you to sabbir, who cleaned Room 3508. He was attentive and respectful, and kept the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. His floor supervisor, Fawzen, was also professional and did a great job. The hotel cleaning and room service teams treated me and my family with kindness and professionalism, and their helpful attitude made our stay more comfortable.

Amin, Amir and Rashid, the captain from guest service, deserve a special mention. They were part of what made our visit memorable. From arrival onward, everyone was welcoming and attentive, and the little thoughtful gestures and quick help made us feel looked after. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.
